i adored the convenient location! it was super easy to get to public transport (which was awesome for exploring). the room was super clean and the shower was amazing. i also appreciated the friendly and efficient staff, they were always ready to help.
i found the lack of tv channels a bit disappointing. there wasn't even cnn! also, the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom was not ideal. i had to request a taxi at reception and it dropped me off halfway to my destination (that was not cool).

excellent location clean room comfortable bed room service minimum kits few tv channels
the location was excellent near the train station. i also appreciated the big, clean room it had. the king size bed was comfortable.
the room service seemed imperfect. the hotel room lacked minimum kits such as dental and shaving supplies. there also weren't many tv channels.

lovely stay in THE city

city view luggage storage
the room was great, it had a wonderful view of the city. check in was easy, and they offered to store my luggage for me. i found the location convenient with a short walk to the station.
the heater in my room did not function properly, so the room felt quite cold. i did receive a mobile heater after contacting the reception though.

i adored the really good housekeeping , it ensured a pristine environment throughout my stay. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests i had. the location was central , everything i wished to see was easily accessible.
i found that the window in my room could not be opened , not even slightly. this prevented any fresh air from entering a room covered with carpets. there was a very strong scent of ambient perfume in the corridors , i found it overwhelming.

great location kind staff great meal empty minibar high price difficult entry
the location is great, very close to shops. the staff helped me with directions to nearby attractions, very kind. the restaurant offered some great meals too. i was happy to see a car rental service very close to the premises.
my room was not properly cleaned. i found the minibar completely empty. the shower was located in the bathtub, so stepping in and out was a bit difficult. i paid a high price at the bar.
